Annual Room Sponsorship Program
Our Annual Room Sponsorship Program allows the community to help provide an affordable “home-away-from-home” for families and their critically ill or injured children seeking medical treatment in one of the Tulsa area hospitals. Room sponsorship allows you, your company or organization to be the exclusive room partner on one of the 24 guest rooms at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tulsa.
We provide all the comforts of home to help lift the financial, physical and emotional burdens so parents, in turn, can give the best of themselves in caring for their children. A minimal fee of $10 per night is asked of families when most can only average $2 per night; no one is ever turned away due to inability to pay. Our actual cost to operate a room is $80 per night.
Your funding will sponsor all the families who sleep in that room throughout the year and help underwrite the cost of one room’s annual operating expenses.

- A plaque of recognition to display at your home, office or business.
- Prominent signage outside of your adopted room, which can be seen by hundreds of individuals each year who take a tour of our House as well as families who stay at the House.
- Recognition in our newsletters, reports and on our website.
- Facebook posts mentioning you as an “Adopt-A-Room” partner.
- You will have first right to refusal for the “Adopt-A-Room” partnership for the next year.
