If you want to stay at the Ronald McDonald House of Tulsa, here is what you need to know…

Families of dependent children through age 21 who are receiving treatment at Tulsa area hospitals and live at least 10 miles from the House are eligible to stay at the Ronald McDonald House. Women with a high-risk pregnancy who must stay near their medical facility are also eligible to stay at the House.

A family must be referred by a social worker or nurse at the hospital where the child is to receive treatment. If you are interested in staying at our House, please speak with your social worker. If rooms are available, he or she will handle your reservation.

The House serves any medical facility in Tulsa including Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Medical Center South, Laureate, The Children’s Hospital at Saint Francis, Saint Francis Hospital, Saint Francis South, Ascension St. John Medical Center and private doctors’ offices and surgery centers.

A fully-equipped double kitchen with a well-stocked pantry is available for families to prepare meals. Several restaurants in various price ranges are located nearby. Through our Guest Chef program, volunteer groups provide fresh, hot meals at no cost to the families.

A staff member is on site 24 hours a day.

The House and its grounds are smoke and tobacco free environments.

We request a donation of $10 a night to help sustain our services so that we may help future families in need. No family is ever turned away for their inability to donate.

Should we confirm a room for your family, you will need to check-in prior to 8:00 p.m.
